HUMAN
QUALITY TRAINING

Human
quality is not some philosophical idea. It's about
people. It's about work ethics and the quality with
which we 'deliver' work
— to employers, customers, colleagues and suppliers.
TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, SEI-CMM, CMMi and PCMM are great.
But they're less than nothing without human quality.
First.
Achieving 'TQM' in human quality is the ultimate competitive
advantage. It
is also referred to as
personal quality, by some people.
Claus Moller — the danish quality guru, who
shot to fame in the 1980s — talked about 'Personal
Quality' and the concept of the ideal performance
level vs the actual performance level.
More recently, we've seen people like Jim Clifton,
CEO of Gallup get passionate about the idea, with
his 'gallup path', a metric-based economic model that
establishes the linkages between human nature in the
workplace, customer loyalty, and business outcomes.
Now we've taken these theories and combined them with
our own research, into an actionable one day workshop
that is suitable for small and mid sized businesses.
A workshop that will transform your workplace and
charge your employees to deliver performance levels
beyond your imagination.
We offer custom developed human quality training workshops
